Originally, owner Carolyn Dunn referred to her projects as Ladybuilt 1…Ladybuilt 2, and so on to identify houses she had featured in the Parade of Homes. Then, the change to “bilt” came when her daughter gifted her with a custom license plate, and the word “built” was too long. Through collaboration with our clients we bring more than 30-years of commitment to quality.
