Closing day at 9389 Cassadine Court! ❤️

There’s something extra special about helping a client’s family and getting to be part of the next chapter.

A couple of years ago, I helped Coleen purchase a home of her own. Somewhere along the way, our client relationship turned into a friendship, so it was such an honor to now help her son and his new bride find a place to call their own.

And we had a pretty great day at the negotiating table, too! 😉 We were able to get over $10,000 off the list price PLUS nearly $7,000 in seller concessions to help offset their cash to close.

I couldn’t be more excited for these two to make this house their home and start creating their own memories here.

When a home is marked as contingent, it means the seller has accepted an offer, but certain conditions still need to be met before the sale is final. These can include inspections, financing, or appraisal. Until those boxes are checked, there’s still a path for the deal to change. Fun fact: there are no true contingencies included in our standard offer to purchase in North Carolina. We have a due diligence period where all these conditions should be handled. Under contract & one step closer to their dream home in Wilmington!

This sweet couple decided it was time to be closer to their son, so they’re building a home in the area and I couldn’t be more excited for them!

Since they aren’t local, I’m happy to be their boots on the ground throughout the process, helping them navigate everything from here and making sure they feel confident every step of the way.

Now comes the really exciting part… breaking ground and watching their vision come to life! I can’t wait to see the finished product and all the memories they’ll make there. 💕

After a few twists and turns, this chapter is finally wrapped up and there are good vibes all around.

The new owner is excited to breathe new life into this home and make it their own, while my seller is ready to close this chapter and start a new one in the Raleigh area.

Different beginnings, different destinations, but a happy ending for everyone. ❤️
