Community Service IS an action.
Humility is such a great teacher AND one of the best ways to lower stress and do good at the same time.
I love my beach and church community enough to put on gloves, grab a bucket and pick up trash with hubs and another 98 “trash talkers” who descended on OUR beach last night.
The Funny thing is when you become a beach resident, you inherently become very protective of Mother Ocean and all her many creatures in the surf and sand.
As a local Realtor, I was reminded what picking up trash teaches. Humility… and we all need it to stay “real”.
C’mon, do something for the sole good of someone else.
Doing good feels great!
I can’t talk about community involvement unless I walk “the walk”.
Ain’t to proud to pick up trash 💫

Road tripping!
Spending the day re-visiting some of my favorite Brunswick County Beaches I’ve grown up visiting and still love to visit!

I consistently practice (and preach) about doing small improvements throughout the year to elevate your home.
I think about What “if” you had to sell?
How long would it take you to prepare your home for market? Sound overwhelming? Your home is likely your BIGGEST investment💰 so…Be better prepared.
Bypass major stress and tackle home improvements in bite size chunks.
The truth is, “home maintenance” is never ending so stay on top of that but “home improvements” are controllable which make it easier to plan, design and budget for.
Do it for yourself to enjoy while adding greater desirability and value for when it’s time to sell. Now that’s a win-win.

Loved contributing to AFLOAT, a local Buoy project in that’s an addition to our vibe.
My was one of three (3) HUNDRED buoys whose sole purpose is use as a tool for cultivating community and adding joy to our spirit.
