As many of you may have already heard, Mountain Valley Property, Inc and Carrabassett Contract Services, LLC are closing their doors May 1st.
We have absolutely loved providing property management services to our community and can’t thank everyone enough for their support over the years and through this transition.
We have a fantastic team who is staying on until the end to be sure each Association’s transition goes as smoothly as possible.
Thank you to all our owners and employees for everything and we wish everyone the very best in the future!

A massive THANK YOU goes out to both our amazing on hill staff and in office staff for the incredible job they did this week! With two back to back storms, that threw us some curve balls, it kept us on our toes but we couldn’t do it without our awsome team. ❄️💪🏻

Rt 27 is closed at the Tufts pond rd north. The road is impassable at the Redington Bridge. Please do not try to access Sugarloaf at this time.

Due to last nights storm, and the damage that came with it, our on mountain office is currently closed. We have a small maintenance crew on the mountain assessing damage and helping with what they can. We have limited access to phones and internet so please be patient with us as we will return calls and emails as internet allows. Please stay safe everyone!
