The chief economist for the National Association of REALTORS says the housing market will begin to return to normal as the economy improves and more people are vaccinated. They will move for jobs and other reasons, increasing inventory and helping prices stabilize.

A buzzing housing market appears to have been a precursor to the nation's post-pandemic bounceback, and real estate experts don't see an end in sight as the economy recovers.
