We have received reports that active property listings are being copied and posted on social media as fake “For Rent” listings. Scammers are using photos from our real listings to create these fraudulent posts.

⚠️ Please do not send money, deposits, application fees, or personal information to anyone claiming to be renting one of our properties without first verifying the listing.

Lenz Insurance & Re/Max Professionals Realty are NOT affiliated with these fake posts or individuals.

If you see a suspicious rental post using our listing photos, please do not engage or send any money. When in doubt, contact our office directly to verify the listing.

We’re excited to share some great news for our community!

The Carroll Youth Sports Organization has been selected as a winner of the 2026 IMT Insurance Community Contest, receiving a $500 award in support of local youth athletics.

One of the coaches, Ryan Lynch, was honored to accept the award on behalf of the Carroll Youth Sports Organization. Ryan represents the dedication and volunteer spirit that keeps youth sports strong in our community.

This funding will go directly toward helping the programs continue to grow—supporting equipment, and providing more opportunities for kids in Carroll to stay active, build teamwork, and develop lifelong skills through sports.

A big thank you to IMT Insurance for investing in local communities like ours and recognizing the importance of youth athletics. We also appreciate all the parents, volunteers, and athletes who make this program such a success.
