Closing day!!! Congratulations to my buyers on buying their first home together 🎉 Some very close personal friends of ours, that I’ve had the pleasure of being their Realtor through a couple lease contracts and now to buying their home🙏🏻helping them purchase their home $25k below list and negotiating a large seller contribution that covered the majority of their closing costs! The icing on the cake was their lender’s appraisal came in at $135k over the sales price, and therefore closing today with equity already in their home👌🏼the home is also in one of my favorite neighborhoods in the city Historic Norhill Heights☺️ we celebrated today with breakfast at Buttermilk Baby😋thank you Betsy and Mo for trusting in me all of these years to serve as your Realtor❤️the last photo was all of us together at our wedding in Akumal Mexico in 2019🥰cheers to new beginning 🥂

Closing Day!!! 🎉🎉🎉 Congratulations to my buyer closing on their first home! The timing was great on this one as I was able to negotiate a great deal for my buyer. He closed with about $65k worth of equity in the home, and $0 in closing costs after credits. The icing on the cake was the rates dropping about a week before closing, allowing the buyer to float down to a 6.125% rate! Always a smooth closing with and CMG offering a no lender cost refi when my buyer is ready to refi down the line. My buyer was very happy! 😊

Closing day! 🎉 so happy to work with repeat buyers on this new construction home offered by at their McClendon Park Village in the heart of the fast growing energy corridor . Took my buyers to check out the community 12/30/23 and was able to negotiate the contract on a Sunday, executing it at 8:30pm on 12/31/23 on my birthday right before the end of the year. Getting another $5k off the sales price for them from the Divisional Sales Manager to seal the deal. Closing today with about $20k in equity in their home & $0 out of pocket closing costs after incentives with a 5.65% interest rate!

Closing days are always the best days ☺️ Congratulations to my buyer! 🎉🎉🎉 Celebrating with some bubbles 🥂I started working with my client last year as a lease tenant, and in February we sat down and talked about her options to buy after her lease expiry. I connected her with lenders to get pre-approved, and we started touring homes in April. After many home tours and feeling like she didn’t want to settle we found this home still under construction at the time, and it had everything on her wishlist.
