The sellers were a military family navigating PCS orders and an unpredictable timeline. Their home sold faster than expected, and they needed time they didn’t have. That’s where a rent back agreement changed everything.

Instead of the sellers scrambling, my buyers came to the table with a strategy not just a number. By offering a rent back, we gave the sellers the breathing room they needed and made our offer impossible to pass up.
