You’ve heard the rumors. It’s official. H-E-B is set to come to Carrollton. City Council voted at the Tue., Jan. 6 meeting to approve an ordinance allowing H-E-B to begin construction at the northeast corner of Parker Road and N. Josey Lane.

The new 120,000-square-foot location will include a gas station, car wash, restaurant, and pharmacy. The Texas favorite will also feature a bakery, seafood counter, meat market, floral section, housewares, an abundance of produce, seasonal plants, and covered grocery pickup.
