🏡 This project has been years in the making—through engineering, architectural design, and multiple revisions—and we’re excited to finally break ground!

This week marks the beginning of a complete home transformation and addition for some amazing repeat clients. We’ve already excavated the basement and installed erosion control measures, setting the stage for the next major milestones: retaining walls and foundation work.

Over the coming months, we’ll be taking this existing lake house and transforming it into the stunning custom home shown in the rendering. We can’t wait to bring this vision to life and share the journey with you every step of the way.

Big news for the Tritt Quality Homes family…

We are excited to officially welcome Sutton, Kyle's son, to the team as our newest Superintendent!

Sutton is a recent graduate of Auburn University, where he earned a degree in Aviation Management. While that may sound like a path toward the skies, the truth is the skills required in aviation - organization, communication, problem-solving, systems thinking, leadership, and attention to detail - translate incredibly well into the world of construction and development.

What makes this even more special is that Sutton isn’t new to us. He grew up around our business, working on flips and rental properties over the years, learning the value of hard work, accountability, and teamwork firsthand.

Now, he steps into this new role ready to grow, lead, and help us continue building quality homes and serving families well. He will be working directly alongside Mason as we continue expanding the vision and future of Tritt Quality Homes.

There’s something powerful about seeing the next generation step in with energy, character, and a willingness to learn. We believe Sutton has a very bright future ahead of him, and we’re excited to be part of that journey.

Big week on site! We got the roof, housewrap, windows, and doors installed and officially have this home 100% dried in 💯. Mechanical roughs wrapped up this afternoon, so next up is inspection, insulation, and then drywall starts the following week. Things are moving fast now! 🏡🔨

Our 54-unit townhome community in the heart of Downtown Carrollton is making big progress. Over the past couple months, we’ve been hard at work on grading, infrastructure, and the trucks have been running - we've imported around 1,000 loads of dirt to bring this site up!
