Some counties in Mississippi allow partial payment plans for real estate taxes. Jones County is one county where home, business, and farm owners can pay their real estate taxes in 3 installments. It is a good policy for individuals and businesses with large tax bills. Any of the 82 counties of any municipality can enact a partial payment plan policy if approved by the Board of Supervisors.
