What a great day showcasing this beautiful 5-acre retreat! 🏡 We loved welcoming our fellow West Metro Board of Realtors out to tour this gorgeous property and see everything it has to offer… 5 picturesque acres, 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, and plenty of space to enjoy both inside and out!

A huge thank you to the wonderful sponsors who helped make today’s Open House extra special! Bug House Pest Control provided the beautiful flowers and a delicious lunch, Tisinger Vance, P.C. provided a great door prize, and PMG Home Lending , LLC kept things fun with gift card drawings at the event. Some closings are just a little extra special… and this one was definitely one of them! We had the privilege of helping an incredible first-time homebuyer. We’ve had the joy of watching her and cheering her on through four years of college athletics, so getting to celebrate this milestone with her was such a special full-circle moment. 🥹

This one also took a great team to bring it all together. A huge thank you to Jennifer Cadwell with Sky High Realty; Cynthia Hall with Guild Mortgage - Carrollton; Molly Steed Jones with McMahan Jones, LLC; and the investor who put so much care into restoring this home and giving it new life. We also have to give a SPECIAL shoutout to our own Kelly Marino, who worked with her first buyer from start to finish! Kelly encouraged us to go see this home even though it didn’t check every box on paper... and we’re SO glad she did. Sometimes the right home surprises you, and this one turned out to be the perfect fit.

You may already know Mary Tritt, Cindy Sellers, Kelli Pruitt and Kelly Marino individually, but we’re pretty excited to have these four women working together as a team. They each bring different backgrounds, strengths and personalities to the table, with a shared commitment to taking great care of their clients.
