SPH Realty is Hiring – Independent Property Maintenance Contractor (On-Call)Team Members!
SPH Realty is looking to add dependable, motivated part-time maintenance professionals to our team at Carrollton Manor Apartments.
We’re seeking individuals with experience or skills in:
* General apartment maintenance and repairs
* Basic plumbing and electrical troubleshooting
* HVAC maintenance (preferred, but not required)
* Painting, drywall, and carpentry
* Appliance repair
* Groundskeeping and property upkeep
* Preventative maintenance
* Strong problem-solving skills, reliability, and the ability to work independently while providing excellent customer service to our residents
Qualified applicants should be dependable, professional, and willing to take pride in maintaining a safe and welcoming community.
Applicants must provide professional references and successfully pass a background check as part of the hiring process.
