👀 Older HVAC/water heaters
👀 Foggy windows
👀 Neighboring properties
👀 Anything that just seems…off

I’m definitely not an inspector, but experience teaches you to pay attention.

You picture the furniture. I’ll keep looking at the ceiling. 😂

Somewhere along the way, we got the idea that our homes are supposed to look “photo ready” all the time.

No shoes by the door. No mail on the counter. No dog toys on the floor. Basically, no evidence that anyone actually lives there. 😂

A home isn’t a showroom. It’s where real life happens, and it’s allowed to look like it. ❤️
