Such an honor to be recognized by Sierra Nevada Realtors as the 2024 REALTOR of the Year. It has been such a privilege to serve as your President. This year was filled with success. We navigated a complete budget restructure, making our organization financially sound for years to come, we applied for, and received over $41,000 in State and National grant funds to bring education to our members in all 6 counties, we built SNR Studios to bring all member communications in house, saving our association thousands every year, we held community give back days in all 6 counties, we raised tens of thousands of dollars for our newly established foundation, we also gave tens of thousands of dollars from that foundation to local non profits and high school students through scholarships, we successfully navigated and deployed updates in relation to the NAR settlement and the list goes on… I meant what I said yesterday about this work not being done alone. I am truly honored to have been recognized with this award and I dedicate it to YOU, our members! Thank you all for what you do for our industry!
