Honestly, this is one of my favorite parts about living and working in Carson City. One minute you’re showing property, the next minute you’ve got a mule critiquing your marketing strategy.

Showed a home in Washoe Valley today and met this sweet little local. Just another normal day in Northern Nevada—where the views are wide open and the backyard “friends” have personality.
