When I got into real estate 25 years ago, I never imagined I’d still love it this much.

This recognition isn’t really about rankings. It’s about the families who trusted me to help them buy their first home, the clients who called me years later when it was time to move again, and the friends and referrals that have kept my business growing year after year.

Thank you for your trust, your support, and for continuing to send your friends and family my way. I don’t take it for granted.

❤️ Kari

PS. Shoutout to my momma, Sandi Smith, for paving the way. If you have ever loved working with me there’s a good chance she deserves the credit.

🚨 SHAMELESS SELF-PROMOTION ALERT 🚨

I've been nominated for Best of Carson City 2026 (Services, Best Real Estate Agent).

I'd love to tell you this is based entirely on skill, experience, professionalism, and my sparkling personality...

But let's be honest. These contests are largely won by whoever gets the most people to click a button.

So here I am.

Asking you to click the button.

If I've ever helped you buy a home, sell a home, answered a random real estate question, provided wine recommendations, made you laugh, or simply annoyed you less than other Realtors...

I'd be grateful for your vote.

Always good to step away from the day-to-day grind and spend time learning alongside other amazing professionals. Day 2 of the Sierra Nevada Realtors E3 Summit at Atlantis Casino Resort was full of great education, good conversations, and a top notch Cobb salad lunch. 😄

18 hours of continuing education over 3 days is no joke, but it’s worth it to keep growing!

One of my favorite things about living in Carson City… the Carson City Farmers Market is back starting May 30th. Fresh produce, handmade goods, and that perfect small-town Saturday morning vibe.

What’s your must-have market find?

This is your reminder.

Saturdays are about to get better again.

Carson Farmers Market returns May 30.

5.0 star review received on Experience.com for Kari Breuer, Broker Salesperson @ Dickson Realty, BS.146614 by Abby B - I had a wonderful experience working with Kari! Her professionalism and personal touch, which is exactly what many people look for in a real estate agent. She didn’t just help me sell my home but also helped me find a new one and continues to stay in touch with thoughtful gestures like sending me a magnet calendar and sharing gift offers. Also, Kari’s ability to form lasting relationships with her clients is something that really sets her apart. Her ability to keep in contact and offer those personal touches shows how she cares about her clients especially with the ups and downs of the selling process.
Thank you.
