NEED HELP from fellow realtors or business owners with a Facebook Business account.

I recently boosted a Facebook post for one week, and now I cannot get the charges to stop on my credit card. I heard from someone else that they’re experiencing the exact same issue.

Every time I try to remove my payment method, Facebook says I first need to pay the current balance, turn off the campaign, and wait 72 hours before removing the card. But by the time I go back to remove it, there’s already another charge or balance added again. It just keeps continuing throughout the day.

Has anyone else experienced this problem? If so, how did you get it resolved or stopped?

There’s basically no one to speak with directly at Facebook, and this whole situation feels very frustrating and misleading.
