I had the privilege of helping Will, a firefighter from my husband’s department, find the perfect place to call home.
The story started when I spotted this adorable yellow home during an Intero home tour. The moment I walked through, I immediately thought of Will. There was just one challenge… he was out of town, and the property already had multiple offers on the table. We needed to make a decision that day.
After a quick FaceTime tour, Will trusted my guidance, took a leap of faith, and we submitted an offer. Thankfully, it was accepted! 🎉
Two days later, Will finally saw the home in person and his response was priceless: “You undersold the house.” 😄
From there, everything came together beautifully. Good inspections, smooth negotiations, wonderful sellers, and one of the best listing agents around. As luck would have it, the listing agent is not only an incredible professional but also my desk neighbor at Intero and someone who is always willing to lend a hand.
The sellers made this transition even more meaningful. They left handwritten notes and a spotless home, truly passing their cherished home on to its next owner with care and kindness.
Watching how excited the sellers were to sell to Will and how excited Will was to buy this home is exactly why I love what I do. Real estate is about so much more than contracts and keys. It’s about people, trust, and new beginnings.
