It is a sad day.. unfortunately we lost our sweet Gumbeaux last night unexpectedly. He has been the most loving and adventurous dog! I will never forget the many fetch games we played. You lived a great long 9 years. You were our greatest hello and our hardest goodbye! I love you sweet boy! ❤️❤️

What constitutes as an amenity? A feature is considered an amenity if it is seen as a benefit to a piece of property.

This is great news for anyone looking to buy! The 30 year mortgage rates fell to 4.99%. If you were on the fence about buying because of a higher mortgage rate than you were expecting, this is a much better time. Dropping almost 1% doesn't seem like much when we try to explain it plainly but it makes a big differnce in the overall monthly payment for your home.

Measures of homebuyer activity such as online searches, requests for tours and agents’ help, and mortgage applications rose as mortgage rates fell below 5%.
