Legacy Ball 2026 🥂
I was invited to the 2nd Annual Legacy Ball Evening from Joshua Dean at The Dean Team at Homeowners Financial Group.
If you don’t know, Joshua is the lender who I refer ALL of my clients to.
After allowing Joshua to handle a loan for one of my Buyers years ago (finally 😉), I was highly impressed. I’ve worked with a ton of lenders. Some by choice, and others by obligation. Most are good, some are not, but only a few, I feel, are excellent. Joshua is beyond excellent at what he does. He always takes such great care of my clients, he thinks outside the box, ALWAYS answers the phone, he puts a ton of time, and energy into making every deal personable. He doesn’t just send over documents, he sends weekly videos/updates, has video calls, gets creative, gives advice, and my clients always end up in a better situation in the end than they did in the beginning.
If you’ve never bought a home before, you should know that the lender plays a HUGE role in the process. They can truly make or break it. From the time of the offer, to the closing table, if the lender isn’t on top of things, the entire deal could fall apart.
This is something that never has to cross my mind with Joshua. When he is handling the financing, I can rest easy that things are being taken care of, everyone will remain up to date, and most importantly, that deal is getting to the closing table.
This event that Joshua put on was quite similar to everything I said above. This was an event that Joshua poured his heart into in order to show his appreciation for a group of people he works the closest with. The event itself was wonderful, the most delicious food, and beautiful home. But he took it one step further with writing personalized letters, and reading them out loud, to each and every person who came
(read mine - it’s so true 😂)
I was standoffish to Joshua when I first met him, and I don’t always like to admit it to him (🙃), but he is truly the best in the business. I’m grateful to have a friendship, and business relationship with him!
Joshua, thank you for putting together this beautiful event for us. Thank you for always taking the best care of my clients, and thank you for being someone that makes job easier!
And lastly… if you’re looking for a top notch lender you’ll never had to worry about… call Joshua!
