CONGRATULATIONS RICHARD AND MICHELLE WARDELL!!!! This was one of the funnest closings I’ve ever been a part of! The seller was absolutely precious and my buyers were making me laugh like always!!!

I’m sad that our home buying adventure is over, but your best adventure is yet to come!!! I can’t wait to see what’s to come!!! 😉

THIS IS INCREDIBLE! We are ALREADY clear to close. This means all the work has been done to complete the sale. We went under contract on 2/8 and were given word of clear to close YESTERDAY 2/24....that is AMAZING!!! I want to say THANK YOU to Dennis and Stacy with VETERANS UNITED HOME LOANS and Savannah at HARTMAN LAW. I'm also incredibly grateful to get to work with the listing agent, Beatriz Alvarez, from BHHS. She has been fantastic. Without these special people who keep the CLIENTS FIRST, I wouldn't be able to do my job!!! Closing is now moved up OVER A WEEK earlier than planned!
