Winter Storm Warning. The next couple of days we will be on a lookout for freeze weather. If the weather does as they are predicting, we will have ice and or snow Friday possibly into Saturday. Also due to safety reasons as a precaution we are closing the leasing office this Friday 1/10 & Saturday 1/11. Please keep an eye out for the Freeze warning signs at the front of the entrance when you see they have been removed them you can stop dripping your faucets. I will also contact you on our resident portal as well keeping you up to date so please keep an eye out for notifications on your email. You will get an email message from our Active Building Portal for any information you need. You will also need to keep your heat on at least 68 when the temps get under 30 degrees outside. Stay safe in these rigid temps and stay warm !

Holiday Patio Decorating Contest Winners:
Thanks so much for everyone's creativity & hard work. We have made contact with all the winners except 2 of the winners which I sent voicemail and email .So, if you see your picture of your decorations featured here and you have not heard from us give us a call so we can give you the details of what you won!
