I just wrapped up an incredible few days in Minneapolis, MN, at the REALTORS® Land Institute (RLI) Accredited Land Consultant (ALC) Retreat. Connecting with 30 of the top land specialists from across the country was invaluable. We spent time diving deep consulting opportunities, social media strategies, solar/wind developments, and National Association of Realtors Land Use Initiatives. We also toured Pheasants Forever, Cambria Countertops, Chankaska Creek Ranch Winery & Distillery. What a week in New Orleans, LA! 🎷 I’m so thankful to have attended the Georgia Association of Realtors Conference and reconnected with fantastic colleagues from across the state.
One of the highlights was teaching my 3-hour CE course, "Decoding Dirt." We had an incredible group of agents in the room as we unpacked zoning, topography, pricing strategies, and the critical details that go into closing land and commercial real estate deals.
