I’m not sure where to start with this closing. This sweet family has bought and sold with me multiple times, but this one has been a challenge. Searching for the perfect home since February, trying to find the perfect place for 7 people and 4 horses, (not to mention dogs, kitties, amphibians😂 etc.
But let’s talk about this home they closed on today. The perfect sized home with an in-law area or an in-law apartment above the detached garage (take her pic!) 49 acres of beautiful pasture land behind the house, provides for daily visits with cattle, and a private back yard. Kind of crazy how this family was led to this home, but I know it was meant to be.♥️ I HATE I was out of town and had to attend closing via zoom, because I’m afraid this might be my last closing with these guys. This is the perfect place for these 4 babies♥️♥️♥️♥️ Way to go Sarah and Marti!

I’m so excited for Hunter and Ashlynn Gates (and baby Baylor!) on the purchase of their new home today! They’ve always dreamed of the perfect home in the city and we couldn’t believe it when this one came on the market.
