I'm often asked what it’s really like to work in real estate.
Yes, it offers flexibility. Yes, it can be rewarding. But it also requires discipline, consistency, and a willingness to learn.
There’s no guaranteed paycheck. No clock-in time. No shortcut to success.
It requires:
• Strong communication
• Follow-up discipline
• Contract knowledge
• Negotiation skill
• Resilience
For the right person, it can be an incredible career path.

Inspections are not red flags. They’re checkpoints.
Every home, even new construction, will have findings. The purpose of an inspection isn’t to scare buyers. It’s to provide clarity and protection.
This stage is where negotiation strategy matters most.
A strong agent knows:
• What’s typical
• What’s negotiable
• What’s cosmetic
• What’s structural
Panic kills deals. Education protects them.
