I closed on this home last week. The best part about this closing was my client was getting a fresh start. HE was in a toxic marriage and finally was ready to call it quits. He made sure that the home he picked was a place his kids could also call home. I truly love a happy ending!! (Another plus him and the seller became friends and my client got the home for $8k under list price) 😜

2 of 3 closings this week. Let’s just say that the 3rd closing..I don’t want Any memories, so no pics of that one! 😳 🤷🏽‍♀️ 🤣 It’s not always smiles and grins at closing but we agent keep it moving. One thing I learned, I wouldn’t be me if I tried to please everyone. 😜

Talk about new beginning! This super cute family started out looking for a new build and ended up finding a Better DEAL. They saved themselves almost $90k going with a resale homes that just needs their special touch. They got more sqft and will only have to use $30k of there equity to make it PERFECT!! (Note: we got it for $10k under list price)
