🏡 Our seller's alreday relocated thus not being present during the "Pre-Listing" phase which entails a lot of prep work from decluttering, deep cleaning and foremost "Staging"! We rolled up our sleeves and spent a combined 12 hours to do just that; we decluttered and carefully packed all personal belongings such as precious memorabilia, jewelry, family photographs, moved and stored furniture, organized closets and removed anything that could potentially distract a buyer from seeing themselves living in their new home!!!!
