It’s become a morning ritual to get up bright and early to get my body moving. I don’t always want to do it. I often have to drag myself out of bed while telling myself “it’s only 45 minutes” as I reach blindly for my workout clothes. Once dressed, I eventually make my way downstairs to my garage. I’ve followed this same routine since 2018 using different exercise programs along the way. Beach Bodi On Demand by far is my favorite. All I have to do is open the app, select a fitness program, and press play. Proud of myself for pushing through, sticking with it, and NEVA giving up even when I wanted to!!!!

Which “F” is stopping you from making your dreams of homeownership a reality? Is it fear? Is it finances? Is it false information? I want you to really think about your answer💭

As you know, fear is something that you create in your mind and you come up with all these scenarios that haven’t actually happened, and 99.9% of the time, there is something amazing waiting just for you on the other side of that fear. Don’t get stuck paying rent and contributing to your landlord’s pockets because you’re afraid.

My Buyer and I spoke on a Thursday..I found the right home on Friday…We took a tour of the property on Saturday and went UNDER CONTRACT on Sunday!

There are definitely several details that I didn’t mention. A lot of work is done behind the scenes to get my job done, but I wouldn’t have it any other way. I do it because I love to and so my clients don’t have to worry about it. Super excited for my Buyer🎉
