Big changes happening behind the scenes at At Ease Inspections! 🏠

We’re currently transitioning to a new inspection platform designed to provide an even better experience for our clients, agents, and team.

Over the coming days, you may notice updates to our reports, client portal, scheduling process, website, and communications as we complete the transition. While there may be a few minor growing pains along the way, the goal is simple: improve every part of the inspection experience while continuing to provide the same thorough inspections and customer service we’re known for.

This has been a massive project involving thousands of narratives, templates, agreements, automations, and workflows. It’s taken a tremendous amount of time behind the scenes, but we’re excited about what this will mean for our clients moving forward.

Small details matter.

During this inspection we used a natural gas detector and identified a gas leak at a fitting behind the dryer. Issues like this can easily go unnoticed without the right tools.

Our goal is simple — provide thorough inspections and help make sure our clients are moving into a safe home.
