I moved from the sandy shores of NC to the Triangle over 25 years ago and I can not think of a better place to put down roots and continue life's journey. My amazing husband and I have 2 wonderful children that motivate me every day to better myself and better their future. We enjoy going traveling, relaxing at the beach and just unplugging from this hectic world. Life is better when it's simple. During those college soul searching years, my dad suggested I become an engineer. He is an exceptionally smart man and I know what he saw in me, however, I was torn between that and teaching – that's my mother in me. In 2001, I went to work for a new home builder and fell in love with the industry. This is perfect… I can combine all of my strengths and passions into a service that helps people! I get to teach, be analytical, be creative, dig into those details, problem solve, constantly learn and just have fun. Negotiation skills – well, I learned everything I will ever need to know from my children and husband – seriously, what kid or spouse hasn't perfected this art?! I appreciate the flexibility that being a Realtor offers. I get to be there when my clients need me, but I also get to be there for my family. I enjoy building relationships with my clients and tailoring my services to fit their needs. They all have their own story. A home is not only one of the biggest financial investments you make; it is where you find peace from a crazy day, take pride in what you have accomplished, raise your children or snuggle with your fur babies.
