Beware Unethical Practices Ahead by PAYSAFE payment processing
I feel compelled to share my harrowing experience with PAY(UN)SAFE, a payment collection company that operates under a cloak of deceit and unethical practices. My encounter with them has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I implore anyone considering their services to proceed with extreme caution.
First and foremost, their communication tactics are alarmingly aggressive. They bombard you with incessant calls and emails, often resorting to intimidation tactics to coerce payment. Instead of engaging in civil discourse, they adopt a confrontational approach that leaves clients feeling harassed and bullied.
Furthermore, their billing practices are shrouded in opacity. Despite repeated requests for detailed invoices and explanations of charges, I was met with evasion and obfuscation. It became increasingly evident that they were more interested in squeezing every last penny out of me than providing transparent and fair billing.
What truly sets PAY(UN)SAFE apart, however, is their utter disregard for ethical boundaries. They have no qualms about exploiting vulnerable individuals, preying on those facing financial hardship with ruthless tenacity. I witnessed firsthand their ruthless pursuit of profit at the expense of basic human decency.
In addition to their unethical behavior, their incompetence is staggering. They routinely mishandle sensitive financial information and display a shocking lack of professionalism. It's abundantly clear that their primary objective is maximizing profits, with little regard for the consequences their actions may have on their clients.
In conclusion, I cannot in good conscience recommend PAY(UN)SAFE to anyone. Their unethical practices, aggressive tactics, and blatant disregard for basic ethical standards make them a company to be avoided at all costs. If you value integrity and decency, steer clear of this predatory organization.
I have an audio recording with REP who confirms that my outstanding balance ( according to them) is $116.00 but they sent me an invoice of $310.00 DAYLIGHT ROBARY. Unfortunately, our regulatory authorities like CFPB and FTC just have portal to lodge your complaint but no actions are taken.
