We’re thrilled to share that our annual holiday donation drive has officially begun! Each year, Morguard communities across the U.S. come together to support local children and families — and this year, we’re proud to be partnering with Toys for Tots to help bring joy, magic, and holiday cheer to children in need. ❤️

From November 5th through December 5th, we will be collecting new, unused, and unwrapped toys right here in the Leasing Center. Whether it’s a puzzle, a board game, a stuffed animal — your donation can make a child’s holiday brighter. 🌟
