We are first time homebuyers and he made the lending process clear and easy. Dave is very responsive and willing to answer any questions we had. Additonally, we had an issue arise with our contract on the day of closing. Dave, along with our realtor, worked to fix it (literally as we were sitting at our closing appointment) so that we were able to close as scheduled. We appreciate all his help and would definitely recommend him.
