There is just something about the words “home sweet home” that never gets old. 🏡

Because home is never just a house. It is the place where your life happens. The quiet mornings, the busy evenings, the celebrations, the fresh starts, and all the little moments in between.

If you have been thinking about a move, whether that means buying, selling, or simply figuring out what makes the most sense next, you do not have to sort through it alone. I am always happy to help make the process feel a little clearer and a lot less overwhelming.

Send me a DM if home has been on your mind lately. đź’›

Because even though you want rates to come down, experts say this latest inflation data could actually set the stage for rates to stay “higher for longer.”

So, what can you do about it? Should you just wait?

My advice is simple. Focus on what you can control.

Even in a market like this, there are things you can do to get the best mortgage rate possible. Because sometimes you need to move no matter what’s happening – and that’s okay.

You just need the right strategy.

Let's talk about what this means for your situation and your timing. Drop a comment below or send over a message.

Because you don’t have to figure it out alone. And there are still ways to move forward.

An iced oat milk latte at Dinoska Cafe costs $7.24 (with tip). Meanwhile, the median price of a home in the United States is around four hundred thousand dollars right now. That means if you skipped one coffee per day, you could save up enough cash to buy your dream house in....just over one hundred and fifty one years.

This is why I think it's pretty dumb advice to tell people to skip out on simple luxuries to save for a house. The math just doesn't add up.

It's better to focus on the BIG things in your budget (car payment, always paying your credit card, student loans) than to worry too much about buying a coffee.

Sometimes the little things in life are what keep us sane, so we can have the discipline to make responsible decisions on the big things!
