The story so far…

I graduated from Apex High School in 2024.
That same year, I earned my North Carolina Real Estate Broker license at just 18.

Most people don’t expect someone so young to be in this industry—let alone juggling school, a job, and a vision. But I wanted to challenge that expectation.

I’m now working as a Research Analyst at Gallimore & Associates, a commercial real estate firm based in Raleigh. Every day, I’m learning what it takes to support investors, analyze deals, and grow in a field that’s built on strategy, persistence, and relationships.

At the same time, I’m studying interior design. To me, real estate isn’t just about buildings—it’s about people, spaces, and creating something meaningful.

I’m 19. I’m Vietnamese. I’m still learning—but I’ve already started.

This is just the beginning of my CRE journey, and I’d love for you to follow along.
