A little over two years ago I helped one of my favorite clients ever build her new place in a 55+ community. She was nervous about making friends, meeting people, having things to do. Fast forward two years and she couldn't have been happier when I popped in for a visit the other day! 😊 And really, who wouldn't be with friends around every corner and an amenity center like this!! 👆🏼

Over the years, I've had several clients venture into 55+ communities and I have yet to have any who regret it. Younger side, older side, married, widowed, and single - they've all found their place. What a wonderful option to live among your peers for this stage of life!

...And on the fourth day, my client assessed the multiple offers in hand and said "this one". 😊

For the past few months, the most common work question I've received from people is "So the market has really slowed down, huh? I'm seeing houses sitting for a long time now!"

The full answer to this question is obviously a little more lengthy and in depth but the moral of the story is this: when an owner and agent put in the prep work prior to listing 💪🏼 and then price the home accurately 💰, the property will sell. 🌟
