As The Turovlin Team working at Keller Williams Realty Cary, we bring together buyers and sellers of residential real estate in the greater Raleigh, North Carolina area that includes Raleigh, Cary, Apex, Holly Springs, Garner, Fuqua-Varina, and remaining Wake County. Yes, two heads are better than one! Starting our real estate career over 30 years ago, we purchased our first investment property, a quadraplex, in Germantown, Maryland, then added five more rental properties (and several mortgages!) along the way, finally sealing another deal with a marriage certificate. The two of us even own rental property overseas. We have built, bought, and sold that many more houses for our primary residences. Since that time we have raised three children (now “millennials”) and have had successful corporate careers. Today, we are back to “doing real estate”—our first passion—this time, however, helping others in our community buy and sell their properties.
