💧 Keep watering during dry spells
🌼 Deadhead flowers that are still blooming
🌱 Pull weeds before they go to seed
🪴 Refresh tired containers with fall color
🍃 Clean up damaged plants and garden debris
🌳 Consider planting new trees, shrubs or perennials

One surprising tip: This isn’t the best time to fertilize or heavily prune shrubs, because new growth may be damaged by the first frost.
