I just inspected another home for 1 year warranty that was missing insulation in over 50% of the attic space. That's about 5 this year that have somehow passed all city/county/builder inspections with either no insulation, or over 50% missing. (The percentage of new homes I inspect with other, but less significant insulation problems is probably around 50%) I am still in shock how many significant defects I find on new homes in the area. Don't forget to have that new home inspected by Sure Sight!
