A place like this, just about an hour from Raleigh, almost doesn’t feel real 🥾✨

Between the trails, the massive rock formations, and the views overlooking the Cape Fear River, it’s an easy reminder that there is so much to explore around the Triangle.

A few things to know before you go:

🥾 The Raven Rock Loop is a 2.6-mile hike

🪨 Raven Rock rises about 150 feet above the river

🌊 You’ll find scenic river overlooks, rapids, and plenty of peaceful spots to slow down

🌲 There are trails for an easy afternoon outside or a longer weekend adventure
