could tell… Fortunately, my clients benefit from all of these experiences. Perhaps most importantly, I am a realtor who’s had the experience of living through “bad markets” before. While these times are challenging for both buyers and sellers, they aren’t impossible. As an agent, it has only incentivized me to be even more creative and to think “out of the box” with my marketing techniques and strategies. Doing so, has allowed me to successfully sustain the ebbs and flows of the real estate market.
