Sails to provide shade at Palm Creek Resort since the artificial grass dog parks burn the feet of the dogs using them during the record breaking summer of 100 plus degrees, 141 days before the heat streak ends Saturday with only 6 days under 100 in September. The record was 76 days in a row 100 degrees plus in 2024 it was 111 days in Phoenix. The many grass dog parks have closed with residents not knowing before which one were closed. I suggested sails to provide shade since Amazon Prime has them on sale for $37 delivered tomorrow for a 10X20 with custom size available.

increased by approximately 2.3% per year between 2010 and 2018, which is approximately in
line with the average annual inflation of 1.8% during this period. However, consistent with
Plaintiffs’ conspiracy allegations, manufactured home lot rental prices increased at a
significantly higher rate between 2019 and 2021—9.1% per year (while inflation was only 3%).
The Manufactured Home Community Defendants could never have demanded these rental price
increases unilaterally. To implement the increases, they needed to conspire. They did this by
exchanging non-public, competitively sensitive information through Datacomp’s JLT Market
Reports. In the words of Ross Partrich, CEO of Defendant RHP: “We find the JLT Market
Reports to be . . . extremely helpful for rent increases across our portfolio throughout the
country.”

Some of the country’s largest owners or operators of mobile home communities have asked a U.S. federal judge to throw out a proposed class action from residents who accuse them of conspiring to charge artificially higher rents.
