And statistically, there’s truth to that.

The Cromford Report, one of the most respected sources for tracking Greater Phoenix residential real estate data, looks closely at supply, demand, pricing, contracts and sales activity. Recent Cromford data shows supply and demand moving at similar rates, essentially cancelling each other out, while many home prices remain relatively flat.

But here’s what “flat” DOESN’T mean:

It doesn’t mean nobody is moving.
