This morning I regret to inform the Freedom Flying Community that our 1st & 4th amendment rights have been violated. The Freedom Flagpole was illegally siezed today at approximately 3:20am by the City of Casa Grande - Government on our private property without warrant or court order. It also appears as the Casa Grande Police Department was in on it as well. Now that we have all the evidence it’s time to do the legal work on exposing this corrupt and unconstitutional City Government. This is the exact reason we made this page public to show everyone how our rights are being stripped right out from under us. More to come, so be sure to follow!

Casa Grande Private Property Owners BEWARE! We yet again receive another letter from our Unconstitutional City of Casa Grande - Government stating we have weeds on our property. Funny enough the letter was sent the same day we changed our flag. Hmmm… Obviously with the recent rain it is to be expected and we have no issue keeping our property clean and free of debris. What amazes us is even though you may not be in an HOA the city ordinance is almost a direct copy paste of what you would see in HOA CC&Rs. Also note the city is still trying to state our Private Property is a ROW yet we still have title as Private Property owners… It’s either Private Property or a ROW Bryon it can’t be both and until you have rights it will remain PRIVATE PROPERTY!
