One of my favorite parts of town is about to get completely renovated and transformed.

Tucson is spending over $3 million to extend the downtown area by the year 2023. The project is for Sunshine Mile, on Broadway between Country Club and Euclid.

In my opinion this is the best spot to invest in residential Real Estate. You can buy a single family home around $300,000 this year and after the construction and renovations are done I’m predicting the properties in that area will appreciate a ton in the next few years as that area grows.

They are also gathering input from the community on what locals would like added to the area.
