Mark has worked at some of the most successful brokerages in Colorado Springs. In 2011, Mark decided to "go out on his own". Being at a large brokerage has some advantages but they did not allow Mark to serve his clients as a Property Manager, something he had been doing since 2011 for himself. So, to add value for his clients, he started Mistwood Properties. The name Mistwood has strong family ties and means a great deal to Mark. Mistwood Properties is named after a cabin that his great grandfather built in 1930. Mistwood holds many great memories of family, fun, tradition and hard work. Mistwood Properties is formed on the idea of being an individual, treating others with respect and dealing honestly and truthfully in all our activities. I hope you find Mistwood Properties to be a nice change of pace from the corporate brokerages. In late summer of 2021, Mark and his family moved into Mistwood! Now the Brokerage and the family reside in the Mistwood Property. It is beautiful in Chipita Park and living in the summer home of the Great-Grandparents is wonderful!
