Just Sold!!! Closed this one today and it has been a long time coming! Initially we were in contract with some lovely buyers who had a home to sell before they could purchase. Unfortunately, the cards just weren't right, but as soon as we went back on the market we had two offers! This was such a great scenario for my seller because the buyers are allowing the seller 4 weeks to move after closing! Absolutely amazing!
