What We Love About Your Next Chapter

Some homes are built beside a river. This one was built to listen to it.

The Horsepasture runs the length of 1.44 private acres here, and the sound of it never fully leaves the house — it moves from the sun room to the breakfast room to the decks on both levels, steady, year-round, always there. At the front of the property, a custom waterfall drops nearly sixty feet through a planted grade into a stone pond. Most homes borrow a view. This one lives inside the sound of moving water.

Burlingame Country Club sits a short drive away — golf, croquet, tennis, pickleball — with membership optional. The Cashiers crossroads is about twelve minutes out on Highway 64.
