MW Landscaping Inc. is a growing design-build landscape company based in Cashton, WI and we're looking for a motivated, experienced Hardscape Foreman to lead field operations on paver patios, retaining walls, walkways, and outdoor living projects.

💰 Pay: $28-$34/hr or more based on experience

What you'll be doing:

Leading crew on hardscape installs — pavers, SRW retaining walls, fire pits, walkways
Managing daily job site operations and quality control
Reading plans and executing precision layout
Operating equipment including skid steer and compaction equipment
Representing Midwest Landscaping with professionalism on every job

What we're looking for:

Proven hardscape installation experience — pavers and retaining walls required
Ability to lead and motivate a small crew
Strong work ethic, problem solving ability, and attention to detail
Valid driver's license
Equipment operation experience a plus
What we offer:

$28-$34/hr or more DOE
3% 401k contribution
